We offer free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses on most items. Lead times depend on the product — they're shown on each product page before you order.

What to expect

• A courier or two-person team will contact you to arrange a day.
• Larger items (sofas, wardrobes) are delivered by a two-person team to your room of choice.
• Smaller items may be left in a safe place if you're out.

Areas outside UK mainland

Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may have a small surcharge — please get in touch before ordering and we'll quote you.
