Delivery Service
- All orders are delivered directly to your chosen room by a professional 1 or 2-man delivery team.
- Deliveries do not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.
- Our drivers are trained to minimize disruption and will take care to protect your property. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery path is clear and to protect wood, carpets, or soft flooring. Delivery teams are not permitted to remove protective footwear during the delivery.
- Delivery slots are available Monday to Friday (excluding weekends) and can be booked through a link sent via text or email.
- Where possible, drivers will attempt to call you 30 minutes before their arrival.
Delivery Timeline
- For UK Mainland addresses (excluding certain surcharge areas), orders are typically delivered within 10 days, provided items are in stock.
- In some cases, such as remote areas or challenging weather conditions, delivery may take longer—typically 10–20 working days from the time the item arrives in stock.
- Customers will receive a text and email reminder the day before delivery, including a 3-hour delivery window.
Delivery Costs
- FREE for UK Mainland addresses (excluding certain surcharge areas).
- A surcharge of £30.00 applies to deliveries in certain Scottish postcodes, including PA, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, and KW.
- Unfortunately, we do not deliver to offshore Isles or Ireland.
Delivery Conditions
- If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will make two further attempts. If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the order will be treated as canceled, and delivery charges may apply.
- Delivery slots can be declined; however, rescheduling may delay the process until our delivery team is next in your area.

Please Note
- If you wish to cancel an order after the courier has collected it from our warehouse, you will be charged the delivery fees for returning the item to our warehouse.
- It is important to check the condition of the goods upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be reported immediately.
