Warranty
All our products come with a 12-month warranty, giving you peace of mind when you shop with us. If any issue arises with your product within this period, please contact us for assistance.
Refunds and Returns Timeline
- Claims for non-delivery, part delivery, or damage must be reported in writing within 3 days of the delivery date.
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional charge.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and repacked in the original undamaged packaging.
Note:
- Mattresses are non-returnable unless they remain in their original unopened packaging.
- For damaged or faulty products, email support@retailriot.co.uk with your order number, photos of the product, and details of the issue within 3 days of receipt.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email support@retailriot.co.uk with your order number, photos of the item, and product details.
- Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. While we process refunds promptly, please allow up to 28 days for the bank to process the refund on their end.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@retailriot.co.uk to arrange this.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
12-Month Warranty
